Description of the flag

A white flag with the seal centered.

The Waymarking page from 2016 shows two different flags. The white flag is based on the current logo but the date of introduction is unclear.

According to a pdf file about the history of Sunrise Terrace, the city logo includes an elm tree, because the first court was held in Binghamton (of which Dickinson is a suburb) beneath an elm tree across the street from the home of 1787 settler Joshua Whitney.
