Description of the flag

A diagonally banded flag, dark green, light green, white, medium brown, light brown, with various local symbols on it (mine head frame, water tower, trees, deer, flying eagle). City name written above, state name below, incorporation date on the white band in the lower fly.

The flag has a blue background with a picture of a waterfall and flowers in the center. The flowers represent the bedding plant industry and the waterfall represents Cooper Falls. The flag was made in 1995. The first flag was designed by Bill Shields.
