When the new city hall for Basehor, Kansas (Leavenworth County), opened in 2024, this seems to be the first use of the city flag. It is double sided (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1218224363759651&set=pb.100067162961008.-2207520000&type=3) and it has the city seal on the left side. Blue dominates the color of the flag, with the exemption of a silver band on top and gold on the bottom. The city name is in white on the flag, but it seems two different fonts are used for the name (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=26708919492026110&set=p.26708919492026110%C2%A0)
