The Gonfalon

"It was confirmed in December, 25th, 2003 by the decision #15/6 of village council session. The square panel divided by horizontally blue wavy strip with white bordures on red and green fields, in the middle of top field is white paty cross; a parity of width of the top, wavy and bottom strips is equal to 3:1:2."

"It was confirmed in December, 25th, 2003 by the decision #15/5 of village council session. Per fess by azure wavy fess with argent bordures, in the top gules part on a vert hill is argent fortification, in bottom vert is argent aurochs. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is I.Hamezhuk.
The image of aurochs above a wavy strip specifies the name of village and its geographical arrangement "near the river Turya ("aurochs" river)". The hill with fortification personifies a picturesque surroundings "Horodec'".
