A crimson cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, bearing along the bottom edge four stripes in the form of waves - two white alternating with blue, with a total overall width of 5/18 of the width of the cloth; on the main part, close to the upper stripe, a vertically divided sheaf is reproduced in yellow, half (from the side of the pole) wheat, half soybean, with a stylized red-green border post depicted against its background.
