Ak-Dovurak is a town in the Tuva Republic, Russia, located on the Khemchik River.
The flag of the settlement is white, with a blue band across the top bearing a silhouette of three white mountains. On the white field is a red flame bearing a white woven pattern counterchanged with blue cords across the white field.
