The flag is white, slightly shifted to the top is a golden cherry blossom, the emblem of Judo federations, on its centre is a disc, parted per pale of green and red, the colours of the national flag. The disc is charged with five white inescutcheons fimbriated golden, each one charged with light blue quinas. At bottom is a black inscription with the full name in two lines. The word "Judo" is bigger.
