The flag is white, slightly shifted to top is a golden annulet, on upper half charged with the shield of the national arms with armillary sphere, all on a stripe green to hoist and red to fly. On lower half is an inscription in dark blue italics "FPAK", exceeding the annulet. At bottom in two lines is a dark blue centred inscripion in italic initials displaying the full name.
