The arms are Argent on a disc Gules a Paschal Lamb Argent holding a cross-staff Or with gonfanon Argent charged with a cross Gules throughout, in dexter chief two corn cobs Gules leaved Vert and their stems per saltire, in sinister chief a bunch of grapes Purpure leaved Vert, in base two barrulets wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "OVIL - BAIÃO". The official blazon doesn't say the staff of the gonfanon is Or.
Meaning:
The Paschal lamb probably is an attribute of St. John the Baptist.
