The Flag

The flag of the district of Canoas de Punta Sal can be seen on its website: http://cancas.galeon.com/simbolos.html
The flag of Canoas of Punta Sal was created by Jorge Martinez Llenque in 2007. It has four unequal stripes of light blue, yellow, green, blue, with four blue 4-pointed stars in the upper fly and the coat-of-arms in the middle of the upper light blue wide stripe.
According to the site, the colors represent the main natural wealth of the region, light blue for the clear sky , yellow for the sun, green for the valley and forests, blue for the marine wealth.
