Blazon: I grønt tre gull furukongler forent i trepass. In English: Vert three pine cones in pale stems conjoined.
Approved by the royal resolution of 16 June 1987 after a drawing by Ulf Dreyer.
The municipal web site explains:
"A competition was organized in the early 1985 to develop a municipal coat of arms. It was well received. There were no less than 85 proposals sent in. Finally the choice fell on the three cones in pale. It was idea by Kjersti Tveit Nilsen while Ulf Dreyer did the final drawing."

"in pall"? Though some heralds (Parker?) hold that for "in" and "per" the French version, pairle, should be used instead.
