It appears Tampamolón Corona does not use a municipal flag.

The council informed me the coat of arms was adopted in 1989 after being approved by the Congress of the State, being designed by municipal chronicler Gregorio Estrada López. In 1945, a call for submissions was held but the design in first place was not adopted. Description as found online:
[The border has scrolled edges, reading at the bottom "Tampamolón Corona"; in its inner section:] in its descending form we see a Crown which signifies the indigenous reign, 3 staffs of command show the form of autochthonous government, a corn plant as a demonstration that this municipality was the greatest producer of this grain during the colonial time, in the lower part, pieces of vine...and in the center of the same a wild boar [Tampamolón means "place of many wild boars"].
