About the flag

DECREE
- regarding the registration of the coat of arms and the flag of Taraclia district
Pursuant to art. 88 lit. j) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and of art. 5 atin. (3) of the Law on Public Symbols, the President of the Republic of Moldova decides.
Art.l. - The coat of arms of the Taraclia district, approved by the Decision of the Taraclia District Council, is registered in the General Armory of the Republic of Moldova, no. 5123 of 12 August 202 I (annexes no. I Ei no. 2).
Art.2. - This decree enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.

The flag represents a rectangular (2: 3) green cloth, with a base (1/3 h) crenellated and cut in two stripes, yellow and red, carrying in the green field a leopard lion contoured passant, white.
