Bartninkai - on a golden field a silver armed black bear with a red tongue surrounded by 5 red bees.
Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with red stripe, finial is a golden knob with a ring.
The charge is humorously canting: "bartninkas" means "beekeeper" in Lithuanian, or, more exactly, this ancient term differs from the common "beekeeper" ("bitininkas") and means "keeper of forest bees living in hollow trees". The bear was sometimes ironically called "bartninkas" for its "care" about bees.
