Narashino city in Chiba adopted its flag on September 1st 2004. Proportion:2:3; field: white; emblem: green.

The emblem (three squares, 2 over 1, each with the hoist triangle cut off from the rest of the square) is according to the standard adopted 1 August 1955. The order adopting the flag replaces one from 1975.
