The city emblem was adopted on Mar 22nd 2005 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is stylized katakana オガ Oga. The circle symbolizes a strong solidarity, the wings do an exponential development.

Wakami Town / 若美町

The flag of the former town of Wakami was white with mark. The town is now, from 2005, part of the city of Oga.
