The municipality of Satnica Đakovačka (2,572 inhabitants in 2001, 1,723 in the village of Satnica Đakovačka) is located some 20 km south-west of Osijek, just north-west of Đakovo.

Flag of Satnica Đakovačka

The symbols of Satnica Đakovačka are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbui zastava Općine Satnica Đakovačka, adopted on 25 March 2014 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 12 May 2014 in the Municipality official gazette Službeni glasnik Općine Satnica Đakovačka, No. 2.

The flag is prescribed in Article 2 of the Decision as "in proportions 1:2, white with the coat of arms of the Municipality of Satnica Đakovačka, bordered yellow, in the middle".

The coat of arms is prescribed in Article 2 of the Decision as "In a green field a yellow horse-shoe set obliquely topped with a yellow beam" ("Vert a horse-shoe or fesswise in chief a bar of the same").
The horse-shoe might refer to the regional horse-breeding traditions and also be a symbol of good luck and welfare.

This table flag is white, ending triangularly, with a golden border all around. The coat of arms is in the centre (without yellow border), topped with a yellow ribbon inscribed "1422", and, above it, in two arches black outlined yellow kind of Fractur letters naming the municipality. Under the coat of arms is a wreath of two oak branches.
Year 1422 is the date of the first written mention of the village, as Zatnicza.
