The municipality of Radoboj (3,513 inhabitants in 2001, 1,295 in the village of Radoboj) is situated some 5 km west of Krapina.
Radoboj was mentioned in documants dated 1334.

The symbols of Radoboj, designed by the local artist Darko Potočki, were adopted on 20 October 2005 by the Municipality Assembly (vecernji list, 21 October 2005).

The flag (photo, photo) is in proportions 1:2, green, symbolizing agriculture, with the coat of arms in the middle, .
