Description of the flag

The Parish of Castel, Guernsey, shows evidence of a coat of arms used on a blue background: http://www.castelparish.org.gg/casjub50picim06.html where the flag is specifically identified.
Dirk Schoenberger, 22 January 2004

It does look like this flag is a one-off for a special event rather than an 'everyday' flag.
André Coutanche, 22 January 2004

Castel (Guernésiais: Lé Casté; French Sainte-Marie-du-Câtel) is the largest Parish in Guernsey in terms of area. The flag is light blue. It has a yellow serrated edge. In the middle is a lily with green stem and leaves and three white flowers.
