Femen is a radical feminist activist group whose goal is to protect women's rights.
Founded in Ukraine in April 2006, the group is now based in Frace since mid-2013, with various international chapters. Femen describes its ideology as being "sextremism, atheism, and feminism" [source: article on Wikipedia].

See this photograph [Photo by Thomas Samson / AFP] - original caption: Activists from the women's rights organization Femen protest against ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) threats urging the deaths of citizens of all countries taking part in the US-led coalition against the jihadists, in front of the Arch of Triumph monument in Paris, on September 24, 2014. The inscription on the flags read "Infidels' State".

Pink-field flag with the logo of the Paris-based "Femen" women's-rights organization, that on September 24, 2014 paraded this "infidels' state" flag in opposition to the female-restrictive theology of ISIL ("Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant") which became: ISIS ("Islamic State of Iraq and Syria"). As ISIL/ISIS has its "Islamic State", Femen has its "infidels' state".
Nota: "Infidel" in Arabic transliteration is "kafir": anyone who does not believe in a deity/god: someone who is an atheist; so, does not include Christians, Jews & Muslims. Muslims refer to all non-Muslims as "mushrikeen" (singular: "mushkrit"). So,
