Yesterday I spotted the flag in a demonstration by the the Soldiers of Odin (SOO), an anti-immigrant street patrol group founded in Kemi, Finland, in October 2015. The group was established as a response to thousands of asylum seekers arriving in Finland amid the European migrant crisis. SOO has denied claims of being a racist or neo-Nazi group in interviews and on their public Facebook page. However, the group's founder, Mika Ranta, has connections to the far-right Suomen vastarintaliike (English: Finnish Resistance Movement, a branch of the Swedish Resistance Movement (SMR). The Loldiers of Odin Flag

Its flag (!/fileImage/httpImage/image.png_gen/derivatives/16x9_620/sieg-fail-clown.png) is a parody of the Nazi flag, with the words "Sieg Fail!" in direct mockery of the nazi salute "Sieg Heil!" (Hail victory!) on the obverse. And on the reverse, a scribbled Nazi flag with swastika, as seen in this video (2:20 onwards):
