Symbols of Villamayor de Santiago

The flag (photo, photo) and arms of Villamayor de Santiago are prescribed by an Order issued on 22 April 1992 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 6 May 1992 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 33, p. 1,768 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, horizontally divided in three parts, the central twice wider as the outer. The latter stripes are red, the central is white, charged with a Cross of Saint James and a red scallop on each side.
Coat of arms:Spanish shield. Argent a Cross of Saint James gules surrounded by two scallops of the same. A bordure gules seven houses or The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
