The municipality of Vellisca (119 inhabitants in 2014; 4,298 ha) is located 70 km north-west of Cuenca.

Symbols of Vellisca

The flag of Vellisca is prescribed by an Order issued on 30 April 2010 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 12 May 2010 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 90, p. 23,520 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular panel, diagonally divided from the upper hoist to the lower fly, the upper part yellow and the lower part green.

The coat of arms of Vellisca is prescribed by an Order issued on 22 February 2011 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 7 March 2011 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 45, p. 8,815 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per pale inverted, azure a rock proper with a source ensigned with a reliquary keeping the relics of the Cross of the Christ, dexter gules a crescent argent and a lion rampant or orled of the same, sinister gules the coat of arms of the Melo lineage. Beneath the shield a scroll or inscribed with "Todos uno" in letters sable. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish crown.
