The swallow tail pennant is horizontally divided of light blue over dark blue. Over all on a white stone with black inscription "LLB" is a black kneeling woman.
It is the probably most beheaded woman all over the world, the statue of the little mermaid from the fairy tale of Hans Christian. Andersen.
That poor girl in between has been decapitated various times by souvenir hunters and regains a new head every time.
Not particularly big and near to the bank of the Langelinie Quay in København it is an easy prey.

Sundby has a sailing club, appropriately known locally as Sundby Sejlforening, which by analogy with other Germanic languages I´d guess means Sundby Sailing Association. It has a triangular flag consisting of a pentagonal white area at the hoist charged with a red 5-point star and the rest being red.
