Sulzfeld Coat of Arms

Shield Or an andiron pall Sable, base parted per fess dancetty of Gules and Argent with three points.
Meaning:
The andiron pall is taken from the arms of the Counts of Wildberg. Their ancestral seat, the ruined Wildberg Castle, is located in the municipality. The kin died out in 1304 and Sulzfeld was later acquired by the Bishopric of Würzburg, completely since 1584. The Franconian rake in base is a heraldic symbol of the bishopric.
