Röllbach Coat of Arms

Shield Gules parted by a pallet Argent, at dexter a 6-spokes wheel Argent, at sinister five billets Or ordered 2:1:2.
Meaning:
The basic pattern of the banner is the so called Franconian Rake. The arms are based on a seal of the village mayor from the 18th century. The wheel displays the arms of the Archbishopric of Mainz, to which the village belonged since 1484. The billets are taken from the arms of the Barons of Hohenegg, who lived in the village at least since 1718. They died out in 1808. The pallet is a mere decoration.
