Niederaichbach Coat of Arms

Shield parted per bend sinister of Argent and Azure, over all a lozenge Gules.
Meaning:
The municipal arms are the family arms of the Lords of Aichpeck, whose ancestral seat had been in Aichbach, which gave the kin its name. The ruled the local lordship from the middle of the 12th century until 1330. The arms are known by the seal of Friedrich Aichpeck from 1319. The tinctures were unknown, thus the tinctures of Bayern had been chosen as background, as the kin probably had been in service of the Dukes of Bayern.
