Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a vinemaker's knife Argent, at sinister Argent, a grapevine Azure with branch Sable and leaf Vert.
Meaning:
Laudenbach had been under influence of the Palatine Counts of Rhine, who gained complete control from 1247 to 1485, when it became a dominion of the Bishopric of Worms. In 1705 the Palatine Electorate regained the village. Only a partial print exists from the oldest local seal from 1549. The current arms are based upon the seal from 1608. The charges are alluding to local viticulture. The colours blue and silver are those of the Wittelsbach kin. The natural colour of the grapevine was changed in 1958 acc.to heraldic rules.

The arms were adopted by the municipality in 1910. The banner was approved on 9 September 1963 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 687/1963.
