It is a white vertical flag with blue vertical edges, thus some kind of a triband. The coat of arms is shifted to the top in the white stripe.

Adelsried Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, two axes Argent hafted Or in saltire, in chief an impending cross patty Or.
Meaning:
The settlement developed by forest clearance in the 11th century, represented by the axes. The collegiate church of the Holy Cross in Augsburg accumulated various rights in the settlement between 1309 and 1312 and extended its possessions step by step. Between 1621 and 1803 it owned the village completely. The cross patty is taken from the arms of the collegiate church.
