Úpice flag with crown

Úpice town in district Trutnov has according to this website this flag. The outer stripes are reddish brown. But in the middle stripe near the hoist is a yellow coronet of three visible pikes. The image of municipal Coat of Arms explain the use of so uncommon colour (id est brown) in the flag.
