Flagdescription: two horizontal stripes blue, white, proportioned 5:3;
at hoist on blue a yellow growth of willow-catkins ("vrba" = willow);
on white a red flower. [there are several municipalities with this or similar
names, most of which show willows, so now it's down to details...]
