Lipec flag

The municipal flag is derived from the coat of arms. The official description is:
"List tvoří tři šikmé pruhy, bílý, červený a modrý, vycházející ze žerďového a horního okraje, a žluté vlající pole. V modrém pruhu tři žluté koruny, ve žlutém poli šikmo vztyčená zelená lipová větev střídavě se třemi listy a plodenstvími. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3."
This translates to:
"The flag is formed by three bends (diagonal stripes from bottom hoist to top fly), white, red and blue, issuing from the hoist and top edges and a yellow fly field. The blue bend contains three yellow crowns, the the yellow field an upright green linden leaf with three leaves alternating with three collective fruits. The proportions of the field's width to its length are 2 : 3."

The municipal symbols were designed by PhDr. Zdeněk Kubík. The three stripes are derived from the tower and upper left field of the arms and, together with the three crowns symbolise the Holy Trinity to which the local church is devoted. The colours are taken from the Czech tricolour. The crowns also symbolise the municipality's history as a part of the royal chamber estate of Pardubice. The linden leaf in the lower fly is canting for the municipality's name, derived from "lípa", the Czech name for a linden tree.

[Lipec standard of the mayor] by Kryštof Huk, 20 Sep 2018, based on depiction here.

No official description of the standard has so far been published. The following description is based on a depiction of the standard. The mayor's standard is formed by a white square field with a tricolour border of white, red and blue from the edge inward. The centre of the field contains a shield with the city arms. Above the arms is a yellow horizontal ribbon with the tips drooping down, containing the text "OBEC LIPEC" ("LIPEC MUNICIPALITY") in capitals. Below the shield is a horizontal ribbon with the tips pointing up, containing the text "STAROSTENSKÝ ÚŘAD" (MAYOR'S OFFICE) in capitals. On each side of the arms, between the ribbons, is a yellow linden leaf pointing towards the edge of the field.
The official depiction of the standard uses the Times New Roman font in bold for the text.
