Argent a grape vine Vert fructed Azure wound around a pallet Gules.

The canting flag/coat of arms (Wein = wine) was already used on the Weinfelden court seals at the end of the 15th century.

Based on the coat of arms of the von Ulm family, who owned the village as a fief of the Bishop of Constance. In the 18th century the rights went to the city of Zurich, as indicated by the colours.
On 1 January 1995 Weerswilen split off the Berg commune and joined Weinfelden.
