Bettwiesen

Per fess Argent two roses Gules seeded Or Gules a cushion Argent.

The Bettwiesen coat of arms was awarded to the town in 1678 by the Fischingen monastery. The monastery needed an emblem for the village and therefore adopted the canting arms of the long-defunct noble family of the Freiherren von Bettwiesen (Bett = bed).
