Gules an annulet of mullets Or a base wavy Azure beneath a bar wavy Argent surmounted by a further bar wavy of the Same.

On 1 January 2015 the new commune of Albula/Alvra was formed through the merger of Alvaneu, Alvaschein, Brienz/Brinzauls, Mon, Stierva, Surava and Tiefencastel.
The wavy bars on the new emblem symbolize the Albula river.
Alvra is the Romansh name of Albula.
