Dalhousie is a major medical/doctoral research university in Nova Scotia.
I did locate a black and gold quartered flag with the university shield, but it does not appear to be used officially:

"Divest Dalhousie" flag

A movement to force the Dalhousie University administration to divest itself of Shell Canada money has a square flag, merging the Shell logo and a design that resembles the Dalhousie shield. It is referred to as the "Shellhousie" flag.
