VIA Rail Canada is an independent Crown corporation established in 1978. VIA
operates trains in all regions of Canada over a network spanning the country
from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and from the Great Lakes to Hudson Bay.

I've seen a VIA flag flying over the train station in downtown Winnipeg. It
may have changed since I last saw it (couldn't have been more than a month
ago), but last time I remember, it was just the yellow "VIA" logo on the blue
