Ministry flag

As far as I can tell, there is no flag, nor banner (which is strange) for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. For the subordinated bodies, I found flags and/or banners for four institutions, only.

Department for Operational Search Activities

The DOSA emblem is an eight-pointed silver star, in the center of which is a shield with cut-out upper corners, in the center of which is a composition of a key with a lens, two broken arrows and a cloak. The shield is framed by a wreath of laurel-oak leaves and the name of the Department. The banner is a red cloth with Belarusian ornament, fringe, top with cord and corners. On the right side - the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus, on the reverse - the emblem of the Department, above - the inscription "BY LAW AND WITH HONOR", below - the name of the Department. Both the emblem and banner were approved by the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs dated 27.05.2013 No. 213. The emblem is registered in the State Heraldic Register on 30.05.2013 (registration number B-1003); the banner is registered in the State Heraldic Register on 30.05.2013 (registration number B-1004).

Emblem : In the blue shield against the background of stylized radio waves is an owl with a key in its beak, behind the shield - a sword with the hilt down. The frame is a laurel-oak wreath with a red-green ribbon at the bottom, on which the inscription “REPUBLIC OF BELARUS” is placed, in a circle - “MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF SECURITY”. Approved by the Order of the Minister of the Interior dated 27.05.2002 No 127. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on 23.02.2011. Registration number B-827. Banner: Red cloth with a Belarusian ornament in the pole part, the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus on the right, and the emblem of the Department of Protection on the reverse. Approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 04.09.2012 No. 311. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on 25.10.2012. Registration number B-945. (Source)

Flag: A rectangular red cloth, in the center of which is the emblem of the unit, in the lower part of the cloth is the inscription "CLEANLINESS, HARDNESS, NOBILITY". The flag has a top with a five-pointed star. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on 14.01.2016. Registration number B-1133. Banner: Rectangular red cloth. In the wooden part there is a Belarusian ornament. On the right side in the center - the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus. Above - the inscription "MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS, below -" REPUBLIC OF BELARUS. On the reverse side of the flag in the center - the emblem of the Special Unit "DIAMOND", above the inscription - "CLEANLINESS, HARDNESS OF NOBILITY", below - "SPECIAL UNIT" ON THE WRESTLER. The flag is framed with gold fringe, has a top and cords with corners. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on 14.01.2016. Registration number B-1133. Both the flag and emblem were approved by the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs dated 04.02.2015 No. 25. (Source)

Internal Troops 3rd Special Brigade

Flag: A rectangular dotted cloth 90 cm wide and 135 cm long. In the center of the cloth is an image of a yellow shield and sword with a stylized image of a lynx, 2/3 wide and 1/3 of the width of the flag. On the outer edge of the circle is the inscription "3rd separate brigade of special purpose", which is divided in the center by two five-pointed stars. At the top of the banner is the inscription "Internal Troops of the Interior Ministry." Approved by the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs dated 10.08.2018 No. 226. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on September 13, 2018. Registration number B-1431.
