The rayon has 7 Village Councils: Volkovichskiy, Volosovskiy, Oboletskiy, Kokhanovskiy, Serkovitskiy, Slavnovskiy, and Tolochinskiy village council. Only Kokhanovskiy (Urban Settlement of Kokhanovo) has official symbols, adopted on 28.12.2011.
