Town of Byala, Province of Varna (keep in mind that there is a town and municipality with the same name in the Province of Ruse). According to the Ordinance for the Symbols of Town of Byala issued by the Municipality Council of Byala on 02 September 2004, the flag is white over dark blue with the "coat of arms" in upper "left" corner. Ratio: 3:5.
