Ambriz - former municipal Arms and flag

Ambriz was officially designated the Council of Ambriz (Concelho do Ambriz). Prior to independence it was part of the District of Luanda. It's colonial symbols were approved by the Portuguese Ministry of Overseas Territories and published on 15 March 1962.

The colonial municipal Arms comprised a field of silver, with two wavy bands of green in tip, a barge of black Dressed in red. At the head is a tower of red, carved in black, between two salt shakers in blue enriched with gold.
