I found a home made flag called "Aruba Curacao Sint Maarten Friendship Flag"
that combines the flags of the 3 polities.
It is interesting to note
that the "Aruba Curacao and Sint Maarten" group is, as such, a full member of
the UPU (Universal Postal Union). The organisation lists it under AW code (for
Aruba).

In addition, a publication from September 2022 [https://www.dbsuriname.com/2022/09/22/president-santokhi-spreekt-premiers-aruba-curacao-en-sint-maarten-in-new-york] shows a drawing of what looks like a flag, probably non-existent, also arranging the flags of the 3 polities.
The page also contains this information:
"As Caricom chairman, President
Chandrikapersad Santokhi will support the negotiations that should lead to the
associated Caricom membership of the Netherlands Antilles. The head of state
announced this during a meeting with the prime ministers of Aruba, Curaçao and
Sint Maarten in New York on Thursday 22 September. "
But since Curaçao
became an associate member of CARICOM in 2024, the membership will probably be
separate for each entity and not grouped as one might think by reading the
article.
