TTUHSC, in Lubbock, Texas, is a member of the Texas Tech University system. It's flag is divided into vertical black and scarlet halves, with a black and white TTUHSC seal in the center.

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso will separate from TTUHSC in Summer 2018, and become an independent institution within the TTU system. It is unclear what flag it uses.

TTU HSC is a major biomedical research university. It is a separate institution from the main TTU campus in Lubbock. It has medical, dental and nursing schools.
