Description of the flag

The flag of the Town of Farragut, Tennessee, is white with a blue logo on it. A description is found in the Town Newsletter from Winter 2010 (no longer available):
"Show your Town of Farragut spirit and celebrate our 30th anniversary by flying the Town flag! Flags are sized at 3' x 5' and are suitable for flying on a home flag pole. They are now available for purchase in the Farragut Folklife Museum Gift Shop. The flags have a white background with the blue Farragut logo in the center."

The town logo features a blue circle with a silhouette in white of U.S. Admiral David Farragut, the American Civil War hero that the town is named for. The blue circle is enclosed within a blue-outlined white wreath, with three blue-outlined white stars at the top. Arched around the outside of the logo are the words "THE TOWN of FARRAGUT TENNESSEE" in blue letters, with the year "1980" in blue at the bottom, and three blue-outlined white stars to either side of the year.
