The seal shows a blue ring with red outlines. Inscribed at the top of the ring is the town and state name separated by a cotton plant. At the bottom of the ring is a white banner with the establishment year, separated by the Tennessee triple star emblem found on the state flag. In the center of the seal is a white field with the ring of light blue stars at the outer edge of the field. Inside are silhouette of a steam locomotive, an old farm tractor with a plough, and a Medal of Honor badge.
