Description of the flag

Clinton County is the northeasternmost county in New York state. The county borders Quebec and Vermont. Special thanks to Anastasia Pratt for county seal and information:

Although I do not have an exact image of the County flag, I can describe it to you and send you the central image. The flag is a standard-sized white rectangle, with the county seal centered on it.
