The blue diagionals in Rockville's flag aren't quite wavy enough. The ones on the flag look to be somewhat sinusiodal. Unfortunately, I can't send you a good example, but the coat of arms you have shows the waviness.

One of the better city flags that I have seen is that of Rockville, Maryland which is based on its coat of arms. The design on the shield is the same as on the flag. It appears to be white/argent with blue bend wavy alternated with red cross bottony.

The new logo of Rollins Park was adopted on March 26, 2019, which means that
their current flag was adopted at around the same time.
The logo is made of a
crescent with the initials of the community, interlocking with each other in
orange and grey. Under is the community name in grey, At the bottom of the logo
is a light grey box with white text showing the developer's name on it.

First Flag

The first flag appears to be a horizontal tri-bar of green-white-green with
the community name on the white bar in black.

Second Flag

The second flag seems to be a scaled down version of the first flag. This
time being just a brighter green field with name in white.

Third Flag

The third flag uses a more darker green field, similar to the first flag, in
the center is the community name, but it is sandwiched between two white lines
with the word "APARTMENTS" appearing just below it.

Fourth Flag

The fourth flag is made of the same dark green field with a white version of
the former community logo in the center. This was the last flag to use green on
its field.
