From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Rectangular panel with ratio 2:3 is divided by diagonal from top free corner on upper red and bottom blue parts. In the first part is yellow grape bunch with two leaves. In the second part is white boat with white sail and blue letter "A" and white banner, from bottom edge go two white narrow wavy strips"

"It was confirmed in November, 12th, 2004 by the decision of village council session. Per bend sinister. Gules; or grape bunch with two leaves. Azure; argent boat with argent sail and azure letter "A" and argent banner, accompanied below by argent wavy barrulets."

The Village

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"The first name is Zhelabivka. After Crimea war the owner of this lands was A.Nelidov. It was renamed in honor of A.Zhelabov, the member of "Narodna volya" ("Pepole freedom"). Now it is belonged to Kacha village council of Sevastopol' city council."
