From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"The panel with a ratio of the sides as 2:3 consists of blue and red equal horizontal strips. In the top part three red hunting horns with yellow mounting, fixed in a circle. In the bottom part is white horse, running to the left."

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Per fess. Azure; three gules hunting horns with or mounting, fixed in a circle. Gules; argent running horse. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is E.Chernets'kyi.
The Branyts'kyi family emblem "Tromby" in the main field reminds about princess Tereza Radzyvill, which name carries settlement. Besides three hunting horns symbolize the hunting economy. Argent horse in the bottom field is horse factory symbol.

The Village

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"On a place of modern village in XIX century were factories of the Branyts'kyi earls main residence. Most known were Katerynivs'kyi horse factory and hunting economy. Settlement which was formed near these factories, received Terezyne name in honour of princess Tereza Radzyvill, grand daughter of the earl Vladyslav-Mihal Branyts'kyi."
