The municipality of Çardak (9,386 inhabitants in 2012, 4,725 in the town; 32,333 ha) is located 60 km east of Denizli.

The flag of Çardak is white with the municipality's emblem in the middle. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The emblem of the municipality recalls the Denizli Çardak Airport (website), inaugurated in 1991. Located 65 km east of Denizli and 5 km south-west of Çardak, the airport is one of the smallest in Turkey (160,000 passengers per year).
The emblem also features Lake Acıgöl ("Bitter Lake"; 100 sq. km in spring, only 35 sq. km in late summer).

The municipality of Beylerli (802 inhabitants in 2010) is located 70 km south-east of Denizli and 20 km south of Çardak.
The flag of Beylerli (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The emblem of the municipality features the Beylerli Dam. Beylerli Dam consists of clay seed soil filling type dam (height: 48 m) with a spillway, diversion box canal (width: 2.8 m, length: 700 m) and irrigation canals.
